Preorder Info

Preorders all have an expected release date, please be aware that due to various factors these dates are subject to change.

Orders placed containing a preorder will not be fulfilled until all items are able to be fulfilled - we recommend preordering items with different release dates separately.

Once your preorder is ready, if it for collection you will receive an email stating it is Ready for Pickup. Once you have received this email, please head to the store during opening hours and ensure you have your order number to hand. No preorders will be handed over without the order number - we cannot use any other information to verify the order. Order numbers can be found in your confirmation email, pickup email and within your account history.

If you have ordered for post - you will receive an email confirming dispatch, and it will contain your tracking info. Please be aware that some games do not allow orders to be shipped until a later date than when pickup may be allowed. If you are not sure where your item falls, please contact us for more info.
