DELIVERY

All  domestic deliveries are tracked. We currently do not offer any international delivery methods. We endeavour to dispatch all delivery orders within 2 working days.

Please note that neither Royal Mail nor our courier services, will collect from us or deliver on Bank Holidays.

Delivery orders must be of a value of £5 or greater. The cost of postage on all deliveries of Singles only between £5.00 - to £49.99 is £3.50. Any Singles only orders over £50.00 will receive free tracked delivery. Any order containing sealed products will be charged £5 postage regardless of order value.

Cancellations / Order Amendments

You can cancel or amend any order before it has been dispatched, please contact us to do so. If an order needs to be cancelled or amended at very short notice, we recommend contacting us on Facebook Messenger  to ensure that your order is not packed and/or dispatched before changes can be made. Please note that alterations may result in a delay in dispatching your order. If your order has already been dispatched, please follow our returns process.
