Definitions
"Buyer" means the consumer who buys or agrees to buy goods on this website.
"Goods" means all products listed on the order and the order confirmation Email/Letter.
"Delivery" means the delivery of the goods to the address specified on the order.
"Consumer" has the meaning given in section 12 Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977.
Dice Saloon Singles reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions when necessary, without notice to you and any changes will take effect on the day they are posted.

Dice Saloon Singles works very hard to ensure that the content on the website is correct, however on the rare occasions that we oversell a product your order may be subject to delay or alteration.
Our site contains a large number of Products and it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the Products listed on our site may be incorrectly priced. We will normally verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures, if there is a clear and obvious pricing error. We are under no obligation to provide the Product to you at the incorrect (lower) price, even after we have sent you an Acceptance Confirmation, if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and could have reasonably been recognised by you as a mis-pricing.
Delivery
Orders must be over £5 in order to qualify for delivery. Delivery charges are set at a flat rate of £3.50 for single card orders valuing between £5.00 - £39.99. All singles orders of £40.00 or greater will qualify for free delivery. Any order containing sealed products will be charged £5 postage regardless of order value. Delivery times will be between 3-5 working days of your order being confirmed. However Dice Saloon Singles is not responsible for guaranteeing your delivery time, and estimated delivery times displayed are those provided by the delivery company in question. Dice Saloon Singles will deliver to the dispatch address provided by the consumer, or provided by PayPal when checking out using PayPal. Dice Saloon Singles do not assume responsibility for goods that do not reach their desired destination. If packages sent by a tracked service are refused by the customer, or returned due to non-payment of charges such as customs or import duty, any charges incurred by Dice Saloon Singles may be deducted, at our discretion, from any refund later made for that order.
Payment
Payment for all orders is taken in full when the order is placed.
Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your order before it has been dispatched and receive a full refund. If we have already dispatched your order, you will have to file a return request.
Dice Saloon Singles reserves the right to cancel any order without any prior notice.
Liability
Dice Saloon Singles does not accept liability for any errors and omissions and reserves the right to change information, prices, specifications and descriptions of listed goods, products and services.
Dice Saloon Singles will do its best to correct errors and omissions as quickly as practicable after being notified of them.
