Order Limits
Some products may have set limits on how many you can get. These are hard limits, and duplicate orders will be cancelled. If you're unable to add more than a certain number to your basket - it's limited! If we suspect bot activity, or duplicate orders we will cancel them!
Pickup Orders
If you have placed your preorder for pickup you will receive an email as soon as it is ready, please be aware that coming to collect without having being notified may mean we do not your order ready at that time. Be sure to have your order number to be able to collect it!
