The road to the 2024 Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG World Championship begins with Regional Qualifiers!

This event will have a capacity of 64 players and will be run using SWISS rounds only.

The top performing Duelists at each Regional Qualifier earn the right to compete in the 2024 WCQ: EU Championship, and if you land among the top Duelists at that event, you’re going to the World Championship!

Timings:

Registration will begin from 10am, with the event due to start at 11am. Rounds will be 45 minutes long with a 10 minute break in between. There will be up to 6 rounds, best of 3.

ID & Decklists:

This is a sanctioned tier 2 event, so CARD GAME ID/COSSY ID is required. If you do not have a CG ID Card, it is recommended that you are registered for and signed into the Neuron App on an appropriately charged smart device.

Decks will follow Advanced Construction. 

Deck lists, and checks will be running at this event, headed up by our Judge Team. To make things easier we do ask that a KDE-E Deck List is printed and filled out, please find the form online HERE.

Food & Drink:

Food and/or refreshments NOT purchased onsite are NOT permitted at this event, with the exception of water bottles. We have an onsite cafe, which provides a range of cooked and cold food and drink available for purchase on the day, including vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options. Anyone found to be bringing outside food and drink into the event may be asked to leave. 

Wait List:

In the circumstance that this event has sold out, please send your current address, contact email address and phone number to admin@dicesaloonsingles.com with the subject line YuGiOh Regionals Wait List. If those details are not included in the email you will NOT be added to the list. 

Those on the list will be contacted in order they have submitted their details when/if spaces become available, up to and including the morning of the event. Please do not contact us multiple times enquiring about Wait List updates, we will not be able to provide this information. 

Personal Belongings & Spectators:

We have limited space for this event. Please do not bring excess personal belongings, we do not have any storage facilities. There will not be space available for spectators at this event. 

Refund Policy:

If you need to cancel your ticket then a full refund will be given if we are notified 7 days before the start of the event.

If less than 7 days the cost of your ticket will only be refunded if we are able to re-sell your ticket.

Tickets are non transferable. Please do not purchase your tickets from someone else. We have had issues of people selling fake tickets for our popular events.


Prizing:

For every 8 participants there is an invite awarded to the 2023 WCQ EU Championship.

Top 4 receive a Regional Qualifier Deck Box

Top 8 receive a Regional Qualifier Game Mat

In addition each participant will receive 4 boosters. With an additional 2 boosters into the prize pool for each person who attends to be split among the top 8.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns on sealed product that has been opened. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item, alternatively you can request instead of a refund to have it exchanged for store credit. Upon confirmation of this the Store Credit will be attached to the account used for the original purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at admin@dicesaloonsingles.com.

Refunds for Event Tickets
If you need to cancel your ticket then a full refund will be given if we are notified 7 days before the start of the event.

If less than 7 days notice is given, the cost of your ticket will only be refunded if we are able to re-sell your ticket.

Tickets are non transferable. 

Pre-Order, Cancellation and Non-Refundable Deposits
Please consider when placing your pre-order that you are reserving stock, which we are also charged processing fee's on. If you chose to cancel a pre-order before its dispatched we may charge you up to 10% of the total order fee as part of your Non-Refundable Deposit to cover any losses that directly result from your cancellation.

Bot / Sneaker Bot orders
Any order we find with more than reasonable suspicion* to be placed using a bot violates the terms and conditions defined by this website. As such we reserve the right to cancel your order with a service charge fee to cover any losses caused. If you cancel your order also after finding the bot has not performed correctly to your parameters due to naming problems, pricing issues or anything within your control, we reserve the right to withhold an amount of the order we find reasonable, up to and not limited to 50% of the order total to cover any reasonable loss of fees, service, staffing time, handling and payment fee's. The user will also be blocked from further purchases from our webstore to prevent further disruption to the business. Any future attempts to make accounts with us will be removed and could be reported to either HMRC or Action Fraud prevention in the case or repeated charge backs.
*An example if orders being placed within seconds of a product being created. When this product has never previously existed on the webstore or had links provided to search engines. This is clearly the result of bot purchasing.
