
It’s time to jump to hyperspace, and battle it out across the galaxy in our second ever Star Wars Unlimited Store Showdown.
The Store Showdown is currently the final stage of casual play for Star Wars Unlimited. With exclusive promos and packs on the line, this is a great way to celebrate a game that is quickly catching people’s attention.
This event will have a capacity of 32 players and will be run using best of 3 SWISS rounds. There will be no top cut.
Timings:
Registration will begin from 10am, with the event due to start at 11am. Rounds will be 50 minutes long with a 5 minute break between rounds, and will be best of 3.
8 players - 3 swiss rounds
9-16 players - 4 swiss rounds
17-32 players - 5 swiss rounds
ID & Decklists:
This event requires all participants to have a Star Wars Unlimited account to participate in this event. Please ensure you have both your SWU username and email address to hand when registering on the day of the event.
Decks will follow premier constructions, with exactly 1 leader, 1 base and a minimum of 50 other cards, no single card may exceed 3 copies. You may also bring a sideboard, not exceeding 10 cards. Printed Decklists are required for this event. Please use swudb.com and click the “Deck Form” button to generate your decklist.
We will be following all official comprehensive rules.
Food & Drink:
Food and/or refreshments NOT purchased onsite are NOT permitted at this event, with the exception of water bottles and hot food where a surcharge of £3.50 has been paid with the cafe. We have an onsite cafe, which provides a range of food and drink available for purchase on the day, including vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options. Anyone found to be bringing outside food and drink into the event may be asked to leave.
Buying & Selling Cards:
We are a Star Wars Unlimited Singles retailer! Cards are available to sell to us for store credit or cash, and purchase from us both onsite and on our website, www.dicesaloonsingles.co.uk. We ask that large orders for singles are placed online prior to the event as we cannot guarantee those orders will be fulfilled in time on the day of the event. If you wish to sell singles you will be required to submit a buylist for the singles online and await its approval. When dropping off your buylist, depending on the size of the list, this may take some time to be finalized and for payment to be made.
We do not otherwise allow the selling or purchase of singles or product in store.
Refund Policy:
If you need to cancel your ticket then a full refund will be given if we are notified 7 days before the start of the event.
If less than 7 days, the cost of your ticket will only be refunded if we are able to re-sell your ticket.
Tickets are non transferable. Please do not purchase your tickets from someone else. We have had issues of people selling fake tickets for our popular events.

All players will receive a non-foil Lady Proxima (Alt-Art) participation promo card.
In addition, each participant shall receive 2 promo booster packs, and for each participant in the event there will be 2 Star Wars Unlimited booster packs entered into the prize pool to be distributed among the top players after the swiss rounds.
In addition, all participants will be entered into a giveaway to win official Star Wars Unlimited goodies.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns on sealed product that has been opened. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item, alternatively you can request instead of a refund to have it exchanged for store credit. Upon confirmation of this the Store Credit will be attached to the account used for the original purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Pre-Order, Cancellation and Non-Refundable Deposits
Please consider when placing your pre-order that you are reserving stock, which we are also charged processing fee's on. If you chose to cancel a pre-order before its dispatched we may charge you up to 10% of the total order fee as part of your Non-Refundable Deposit to cover any losses that directly result from your cancellation.
Bot / Sneaker Bot orders
Any order we find with more than reasonable suspicion* to be placed using a bot violates the terms and conditions defined by this website. As such we reserve the right to cancel your order with a service charge fee to cover any losses caused. If you cancel your order also after finding the bot has not performed correctly to your parameters due to naming problems, pricing issues or anything within your control, we reserve the right to withhold an amount of the order we find reasonable, up to and not limited to 50% of the order total to cover any reasonable loss of fees, service, staffing time, handling and payment fee's. The user will also be blocked from further purchases from our webstore to prevent further disruption to the business. Any future attempts to make accounts with us will be removed and could be reported to either HMRC or Action Fraud prevention in the case or repeated charge backs.
*An example if orders being placed within seconds of a product being created. When this product has never previously existed on the webstore or had links provided to search engines. This is clearly the result of bot purchasing.
