We are so excited to share that we are hosting a Planetary Qualifier for Star Wars Unlimited!
Whether you're ready to address the senate or hide your Sith ways from the eyes of the Jedi: get ready to play an event like no other.
The Planetary Qualifier is the gateway to Competitive Tier Organised Play and is open for players of all skill levels to take part.
Do you have what it takes to blast your way to the Galactic Championships?
This event will have a capacity of 72 players and will be run using best of 3 SWISS rounds.
Timings:
Registration will begin from 9:30am, with the players meeting due to begin at 10:15am and the first round to start at 10:30am. Rounds will be 55 minutes long with a 5 minute break between rounds, and will be best of 3.
8 players - 3 swiss rounds, no top cut
9-16 players - 4 swiss rounds, top 4 cut
17-32 players - 5 swiss rounds, top 4 cut
33-64 players - 6 swiss rounds, top 8 cut
65-72 players - 7 swiss rounds, top 8 cut
ID & Decklists:
This event requires all participants to have a Star Wars Unlimited account ID and a Melee.gg account to participate in this event. Please ensure you have both your melee.gg username and email address to hand when registering on the day of the event.
Decks will follow premier constructions, with exactly 1 leader, 1 base and a minimum of 50 other cards, no single card may exceed 3 copies across both your deck and sideboard. Banned/Restricted cards are to be adhered to. You may also bring a sideboard, not exceeding 10 cards. Decklists are required for this event. Please bring TWO identical printed Decklists - they should include your first and last name, UID number, Leader, Base, Draw deck and sideboard composition. Please note you are required to list both a cards main title and its subtitle/set code and number. Example: "R2-D2 - Ignoring Protocol" OR "R2D2 (SOR236)". Blank decklists can be found here.
Please email a copy of your decklist to admin@dicesaloonsingles.com with the subject line “Planetary Qualifier Decklist [your name]”. Decklists should also be submitted via the melee.gg decklist function.
We will be following all official comprehensive rules, including card suspensions/bans. Opaque-backed, unmarked card sleeves are mandatory for all competitive events.

Food & Drink:
Food and/or refreshments NOT purchased onsite are NOT permitted at this event, with the exception of water bottles. We have an onsite cafe, which provides a range of food and drink available for purchase on the day, including vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options. Hot food only may be bought on site, but requires a surcharge to be paid at the bar to do so. Anyone found to be bringing outside food and drink into the event may be asked to leave.
Buying & Selling Cards:
We are a Star Wars Unlimited Singles retailer! Cards are available to sell to us for store credit or cash, and purchase from us both onsite and on our website, www.dicesaloonsingles.co.uk. We ask that large orders for singles are placed online prior to the event as we cannot guarantee those orders will be fulfilled in time on the day of the event. If you wish to sell singles you will be required to submit a buylist for the singles online and await its approval. When dropping off your buylist, depending on the size of the list, this may take some time to be finalized and for payment to be made.
We do not otherwise allow the selling or purchase of singles or product in store.
Waiting List:
In the event that tickets for our Planetary Qualifier sell out, you may join the wait list. To do so you must email ALL of the following information to us - Full name, address, email address, and contact phone number, with the subject line SWU Planetary Qualifier Wait List. If all the above details are not included in your email, you will NOT be added to the wait list.
Those on the list will be contacted in order they have submitted their details when/if spaces become available, up to and including the morning of the event.
Please do not contact us multiple times enquiring for updates regarding the wait list, we will not be able to provide this information.
Personal Belongings & Spectators:
We have limited space for this event. Please do not bring excess personal belongings, we do not have any storage facilities. There will not be space available for spectators at this event.
Refund Policy:
If you need to cancel your ticket then a full refund will be given if we are notified 7 days before the start of the event.
If less than 7 days, the cost of your ticket will only be refunded if we are able to re-sell your ticket.
Tickets are non transferable. Please do not purchase your tickets from someone else. We have had issues of people selling fake tickets for our popular events.
Prizing:
Prize kits from FFG are TBC.
1st place will receive placement promos, a Champion playmat, a Gamegenic playmat, a set of Gamegenic sleeves and a Carbonite booster pack. 2nd-4th will receive placement promos, a set of Gamegenic sleeves, a Gamegenic playmat and a Carbonite booster pack.5th-8th will receive placement promos, a set of Gamgenic sleeves and a Carbonite booster pack.
Qualifier Points
1st place - 100 points Finalist - 35 points Top 4 - 25 pointsTop 8 - 15 points
Additional Prizing
Overall there will be 3 packs per player into the prize pool, split between top players.
There will be 2 additional packs per player for participation.
All players will receive participation promos, promo packs and be in with a chance to win random Carbonite booster packs given away at random throughout the day.

A melee account is required to take part in all SWU events.
A starwarsunlimited.com user ID number is required for this event.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns on sealed product that has been opened. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item, alternatively you can request instead of a refund to have it exchanged for store credit. Upon confirmation of this the Store Credit will be attached to the account used for the original purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Refunds for Event Tickets

Pre-Order, Cancellation and Non-Refundable Deposits
Please consider when placing your pre-order that you are reserving stock, which we are also charged processing fee's on. If you chose to cancel a pre-order before its dispatched we may charge you up to 10% of the total order fee as part of your Non-Refundable Deposit to cover any losses that directly result from your cancellation.
Bot / Sneaker Bot orders
Any order we find with more than reasonable suspicion* to be placed using a bot violates the terms and conditions defined by this website. As such we reserve the right to cancel your order with a service charge fee to cover any losses caused. If you cancel your order also after finding the bot has not performed correctly to your parameters due to naming problems, pricing issues or anything within your control, we reserve the right to withhold an amount of the order we find reasonable, up to and not limited to 50% of the order total to cover any reasonable loss of fees, service, staffing time, handling and payment fee's. The user will also be blocked from further purchases from our webstore to prevent further disruption to the business. Any future attempts to make accounts with us will be removed and could be reported to either HMRC or Action Fraud prevention in the case or repeated charge backs.
*An example if orders being placed within seconds of a product being created. When this product has never previously existed on the webstore or had links provided to search engines. This is clearly the result of bot purchasing.
