Jump into Altered organised play with our regular structured events. 

These events will be held every other week.

Players will need a constructed Standard Format deck consisting of 39 cards, plus a Hero. All cards must match the faction of your hero. You may have a maximum of 3 cards with the same name (regardless of rarity), a maximum of 15 rares and a maximum of 3 Unique cards.

From 6pm-7pm - Trade cards (check if they’re scanned first!), play some casual games, maybe test out the multiplayer formats.

From 7pm - This will be a structured tournament, made up of up to 4x 30 min, best of one rounds, with SWISS pairings. The first few events will see this time structure adhered to loosely, as everyone gets to grips with the game!

Please note: all players MUST have an altered.gg account to take part in the event. Players will be registered (or can preregister using the event finder on the Altered website) for the event, and upon its conclusion will earn a level on their Adventure Pass. Prizing:

All players will receive an Altered Promo Booster pack for participating (whilst stocks last) and an Altered TCG booster pack.

In addition there will be an extra promo pack for 1st, 2nd and 3rd overall at the end of the event.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns on sealed product that has been opened. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item, alternatively you can request instead of a refund to have it exchanged for store credit. Upon confirmation of this the Store Credit will be attached to the account used for the original purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at admin@dicesaloonsingles.com.

Refunds for Event Tickets
If you need to cancel your ticket then a full refund will be given if we are notified 7 days before the start of the event.

If less than 7 days notice is given, the cost of your ticket will only be refunded if we are able to re-sell your ticket.

Tickets are non transferable. 

Pre-Order, Cancellation and Non-Refundable Deposits
Please consider when placing your pre-order that you are reserving stock, which we are also charged processing fee's on. If you chose to cancel a pre-order before its dispatched we may charge you up to 10% of the total order fee as part of your Non-Refundable Deposit to cover any losses that directly result from your cancellation.

Bot / Sneaker Bot orders
Any order we find with more than reasonable suspicion* to be placed using a bot violates the terms and conditions defined by this website. As such we reserve the right to cancel your order with a service charge fee to cover any losses caused. If you cancel your order also after finding the bot has not performed correctly to your parameters due to naming problems, pricing issues or anything within your control, we reserve the right to withhold an amount of the order we find reasonable, up to and not limited to 50% of the order total to cover any reasonable loss of fees, service, staffing time, handling and payment fee's. The user will also be blocked from further purchases from our webstore to prevent further disruption to the business. Any future attempts to make accounts with us will be removed and could be reported to either HMRC or Action Fraud prevention in the case or repeated charge backs.
*An example if orders being placed within seconds of a product being created. When this product has never previously existed on the webstore or had links provided to search engines. This is clearly the result of bot purchasing.
